Have you tried just one stick by itself if using multiple sticks? Well, I guess I am savvy compared to most people but now that Dg965wwh found out more and more about computers everydday at work.

Ok, Here is where I think I am confused a little. Sep 18th I’m running it on a Dg965dh board, only major modification from the default repos now is that I’m using a later snapshot of the modesetting i drivers from debian but that’s not really necessary to make it work, I’m just using it to get my dual DVI ADD2 SDVO card working when I get around to trying it again.

Either move the CMOS jumper to clear it [don’t forget to put the jumper back to the original posistion before you power on the motherboard] If you can’t find the jumper remove the battery for about 30 seconds.
